If you have a student Duo Account and are adding a Student Worker Account or vice versa, the enrollment process for the second account is slightly different as you will have two accounts authenticating using the same smart device.
In this example, the user already has a student worker account and will be adding their student account:
Access my.colum.edu and click Login.

Enter the MyColumbia Network Account and click Next.

Enter the MyColumbia Account Password and click Sign In.
Columbia Login Screen
Click on the Start setup button.
DUO Welcome Screen
Select Mobile Phone and click Continue.
Duo Device Selection Screen
Enter the telephone number, confirm it with the check box and click Continue.
DUO Phone Prompt Screen
Confirm phone number and click Text Me. The phone number entered in the step above will receive a text message from the DUO service.

Enter the verification code and click verify.

Click Continue. *You may have to scroll down to see the Continue button!
Scroll down to click Continue
Select the method of authentication. *Push is highly recommended as it is the simplest and most secure.

After completing the above steps successfully, the screen will refresh to the MyColumbia page, logged in as the account used in the steps above.
