Create a link

1. If you’re a team owner, go to your team listed on the left side of the app.

2. Select More options  > Get link to team .

3. Choose Copy and then send the link to the person you want to invite to your team. That person can then paste the link into any browser to join your team.

Note: Currently, guests can't join a team by using a link.

Create a code

When you send someone a code to join a team, they can join directly—you won’t receive a join request. You can use the code as many times as you want.

1. If you’re a team owner, go to the team name and choose More options  > Manage team .

2. Select the Settings tab and then select Team code. You'll see a code that you can copy. 

   Tip:  Select Reset  to create a new code.

3. Select Copy . Share the code with your invitees however you choose—send the code to a single person through a chat or write it on a whiteboard in a room full of people.
