Check OneDrive space usage

Several ways to check your one drive usage

Web

Sign in to OneDrive with your account. https://columbiacollege-my.sharepoint.com/

1 Click the Settings (gear icon) in the top right corner.

2 Select Options or OneDrive Settings.

3 Select More Settings or Manage Storage on the left menu.

4 Click Storage To check OneDrive space usage, navigate to Settings (gear icon) > Options > Storage Metrics on the web to see a detailed, hierarchical breakdown of folders and files. For a quick overview, check the left-hand navigation pane on the OneDrive websiteMetrics to view a list of all folders, sorted by size. 

Windows With One Drive App

On Windows:

1 Click the blue OneDrive cloud icon in the system tray on the bottom right of your screen

2 Click the gear icon in the top right of the popup window

3 Click the Settings gear icon in the new popup window 

4 On the left side of the newest popup window, under the Storage label it shows what you are using

Mac With One Drive App

• Click on the white OneDrive cloud icon on the right in the top menu bar

• Click on the three dots in the bottom right of the popup window

• Click on Manage Storage

• On the bottom left of the browser window that pops-up, under the Storage label it shows what you are using
