How to Gain Access to a Canvas Course(s) 

Academic Technology handles and oversees all enrollments within Canvas. If you require access to a course or a group of courses in Canvas, submit the following information to Academic Technology.  

1. Name 

2. Your Oasis ID Number 

3. The Course number(s), or terms that this pertains to 

4. The permission level needed 

1. Ex. (TA, Observer, Student, Teacher) 

5. The reason access is needed
