Adding a Discussion
1. Choose the session where you would like to add a discussion. Click the Discussions tab on the left-hand side of the viewer.
2. You can now ask a question or share a comment. Note: These posts will be seen by everyone.
3. Enter a comment and hit enter. Your comment will now be displayed and time stamped in the session.
Replying Editing or Deleting a Discussion
1. Replying to Discussions: Discussions allow users to reply to comments left by other users. Select Reply under another user’s comment, enter text and hit enter. All users with access to the video can comment and reply to discussions.
2. Editing a Discussion: Select Edit under the comment. The text box will open at the bottom of the discussion post. Click inside to delete and enter new text.
3. Deleting a Discussion: Select Delete under the comment.
4. Downloading Discussions: Panopto allows users to download the discussions made within a session. Click Download discussion under the Discussion post.
NOTE: If Panopto is recording to the cloud the from Zoom the chat will appear in the discussion section.
