Note: All students, faculty, and staff are required to authenticate using Duo to access your Columbia College Chicago account (which provides access to O365, SelfService, and Canvas). If you're unable to see the Duo QR code while setting up your account, it's likely because you're completing the setup process on your phone instead of a computer. The Duo QR code is designed to be scanned by your mobile device, so it only appears when the setup is done on a desktop or laptop.
To resolve this, please try accessing the setup page from a computer and then scan the QR code using your phone's camera or Duo Mobile app. If you’re unable to use a computer, you may need to follow an alternative method, such as manually entering the activation key provided during setup.
