Known Issue : EMS, uAchieve, Titanuim in VDI displays a blank screen
Issue
When some users logon to RDS Applications in VDI using the HTML Horizon view client at https://horizon.colum.edu or https://mypc.colum.edu they see a blank screen. This may be caused by the application screen crashing.
The screen looks like this
Resolution
To fix the issue and connect to a new EMS session we need to rest all the running applications on the server.
1. Click the Tab to expand the About Horizon View Client panel
2. select settings from the top right menu
3. From the setting menu select "Reset all your running applications"
4 . Log off and log back on now the application should show the logon screen
