Below is what happens when the config profile for the GlobalProtect has not been properly pushed to Catalina machines:
1. After installing GlobalProtect and following the proper steps for setup, you may see GlobalProtect taking a long time to connect and then, eventually, an error stating “No Network Connectivity”, like below:


2. This may be due to the security settings in your version of Mac OS X. This will need to be resolved by changing a kernel extension in your operating system. Please submit a support ticket through Team Dynamix or contact the Columbia College IT Help Desk for further assistance.
