Below are the instructions to access Global Protect from your Mac. We have also created instructions if you need to install Global Protect on your MAC.
1. Click on the Global Protect VPN icon on the upper right of your computer's Menu Bar.
2. When prompted for an address, enter trestle.colum.edu and click Connect.
3. When prompted with the server certificate screen, click Continue.
4. Enter your MyColumbiaID username and Office 365 Password. Click Sign In. If you are using a key fob, use your Office 365 Password and the 6-digit passcode. (password,123456) Please be sure to add a common after the password.
5. If you're credentials were successfully entered, you should now be connected. When you are finished using the VPN, please be sure to disconnect.
Please note: After 12 hours of inactivity the vpn will disconnect.
