How do I Check the Status of a Ticket?
Answer
All faculty, staff and students have the ability to check the status of their tickets.
- After logging into the client portal, select "Services" from the main toolbar. On the secondary toolbar that appears, click "Ticket Requests."

- On this page you will see a list of your submitted tickets, their creation dates and the current status of each.

- If the ticket you are looking for does not appear on this page, search for the ticket by name, ID, date, etc. using the customized search options shown below.
