In a web browser, navigate to https://portal.office.com. If prompted, log in with your full Colum email address and password
When the page finally opens, click on the checkerboard in the top left corner:
Then click on Prisma Direct in the list of apps.
Sign in to Prisma Direct with your standard Colum ID and password, but don’t type @colum.edu.
Prisma Direct should come-up, but sometimes if the website is busy, you will instead see a blank white page. If it is still blank after five seconds, click once in the address bar and press ENTER to re-draw the page.
You are now successfully logged into the Prisma Direct Print Shop application.
