How to log in and place an order using PRISMAdirect

Navigate to PrismaDirect.

Enter username and password.  You will use the same credentials as any other campus log in.

For first time users, the above screen will appear.

Enter the following: Department, Location, Telephone and Account.

For Account:

  • Faculty and Staff:  Enter Department Code.
  • Students:  Enter your “MyColumbia” ID number.

Scroll down to the bottom of the webpage and click on the “Save” Button. (Bottom Right).  This will take you to the main ordering page.

The following product categories are available for ordering (products will be different for faculty/staff and students).

  • Stapled and Unstapled Prints:
    • B/W Stapled and UnStapled Prints.
    • Color Stapled and UnStapled Prints.
  • Wide Format Prints:
    • Color Wide Format Prints.
    • B/W Wide Format Prints.
  • Perfect Bound Books:
    • Perfect Bound Books:
  • Posters and Flyers:
    • Posters.
    • Flyers.
  • Business Cards
    • Business Cards.
  • Letter Booklets (faculty/staff only)
    • Color Letter Booklet:
    • B/W Letter Booklet:
  • Half Size Booklets:
    • Color Half Size Booklet:
    • B/W Half Sie Booklet:

Select the product you would like to order.  Example shown below is for “Color Stapled or UnStapled Prints”.

Click on “Stapled or Unstapled Prints” à Select “Color Stapled or UnStapled Prints”.

 

Click on “Digital File” button to upload PDF file (Only PDF files will be accepted).

Select file and click on “Open”. Multiple files can be added. When adding multiple files, they will be printed as one file.

You must choose files in the correct order, as they will be printed combined together as one packet.  If you would like to print separately, create multiple orders and add them to the basket for final checkout.

The file is added and preview is displayed. 

The following fields can be changed to meet your needs as shown above.  Some fields are required before adding the job to the order basket:

  • Orange Highlighted fields are required for the job to be added to cart.
  • Copyright administration must be checked. (The work being printed must not be copyrighted, or you must possess permission for printing copyrighted material.

Click on the “Add” button on the bottom right hand side to add to the basket.

Job has been added to the basket.  You can continue adding more items to the basket as shown in above process.  Once you are ready to check out, click on the basket button.

Click on ‘Checkout” button.

 

All jobs are displayed during checkout.  Copies or jobs can be adjusted before clicking on submit button.

Click the “Submit” button to finish the ordering process.

Order submitted.

To change your submitted order, click on “History” Button (Highlighted in Yellow).

  • Active order – Orders submitted and being processed.
  • Order History – Reorder jobs from past history already completed.
