Students and Faculty get Unity pro for Free under the  Unity Educator plan,

1. There are different URLS for Faculty and Students

Faculty head to https://unity.com/products/unity-educator click on Get Started	Student Head to https://unity.com/products/unity-student click on Get Started

2. Fill out the form and verify email

3. You will then be able to download Unity Pro and other benfits using your Unity account. They will also email software keys and further information
