Navigate to Service Catalog -> I am a Student - > TechBar or click the following link: https://colum.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/2029/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=52528.
Select Click to Submit.
This will bring you to the form you will need to complete.
Enter the Date and Time then click done.
Enter the title of the ticket.
Enter your name as the Requestor.
Please note: If you have not registered in TeamDynamix you will need to self-register by following these instructions before you can enter the ticket.
Select the Year in School.
The next two field are optional for Undergraduate and Graduate Major List.
Select the Problem you are Reporting.
Click Request.
You have successfully entered a ticket.
