Faculty and staff are able to access students’ chosen pronouns in a few different ways:
1. When viewing Class Lists in MyColumbia, you will see a “Pronouns” column. Pronouns will only populate in this column for students who have made a selection in the system.
2. For faculty and staff with access to the Advising tab, pronouns will also populate on the main student selection page if available.
3. Pronouns entered into MyColumbia will also appear in Canvas and can be accessed on each student’s Profile page.
