How to Use a Duo Token
Note: If your phone isn't compatible to installing Duo, you can submit a ticket for a token. Duo security tokens are physical tools or devices that users carry to authenticate their identity online for secure login. These devices generate a unique passcode for users to enter to gain access to systems, networks, or applications. Tokens are often in the form of a Bluetooth keyring fob, smart card, or USB.
When attempting login to your Office 365 or Canvas account you will be presented with a Duo login request.

Once you login you'll see a list of options to choose. Make sure to select "Hardware token"

Next, press the green button on your token and type the passcode.

Enter the passcode here and you'll have access to your account.
