Mersive Solstice Pod Instruction Guide for Smartphone
The following screenshots detail the steps to use Mersive Solstice Pod with a smartphone.

To begin, download the free “Mersive Solstice Client” app from the iOS or Android app stores. It is a free download.

On the main Solstice Pod screen you will see an IP address and a four-digit key number.

Make sure that your device is connected to the correct wireless network. In most cases this will be the Student network (faculty/staff can sign into the Student network using their regular username and password).

If you see an IP address of 10.XX.XX.XX (where X is any number) then you will need to connect to the Faculty/Staff wireless network (students cannot log into the Faculty/Staff network)

Next, Open the Solstice Client app on your device.

You will see a screen with two options, “Discovered” and “Enter IP”. If this is the first time that you are connecting to the Solstice Pod select the “Enter IP” tab.

Enter the IP address shown on the Solstice Pod main screen and select “Go”.

If you have connected to this Solstice Pod before then you should see it as an option in the “Discovered” tab.

You will now be prompted to enter the four-digit key located on the Solstice Pod screen. After entering the four-digit key select OK.

You should now be connected to the Solstice Pod. Select any of the four options to share content wirelessly to the group. More than one person can share content at a time.
