To access Office 365, students will sign in at http://portal.office.com. Your login for Office 365 Portal will be MyColumbiaID@colum.edu and password.
note: accounts before Nov, 2021 use MyColumbiaID as the user name after Nov 2021 accounts use LastName[00] number as needed.
Even though you log in using your MyColumbiaID@colum.edu, your email will be displayed using your first initial, last name, ending with “@colum.edu”. For example, jcolumbia@colum.edu. If have a preferred first name, then your email will reflect the first initial of that name.
Note: Always sign in using, MyColumbia@colum.edu and not the first initial last name.

- Username: 12345@colum.edu (whatever your MyColumbia ID# is)
- Password: Jd111111
With Office 365 you have access to various Microsoft applications as well, such as (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Creative Cloud, &, etc.) You can also store, share, and collaborate on documents with fellow students and instructors with OneDrive.
