Accessing Adobe Creative Cloud Instructions for Students

Accessing your Columbia College Licensed Adobe Account

1. Go to Adobe.com and click on the Sign In button in the top right corner.

2. Input your @colum.edu email address.

3. You will be taken to the Columbia College Office 365 sign-in page. Enter your password, hit submit, and approve the Duo push.

4. After that, you should be signed in to your Adobe Enterprise account. To double check, click on the blue circle in the top right corner of the screen and then View Account.

5. You will be taken to the below page. Click on View Plan Details.

6. If the next page says Adobe for Enterprise and Columbia College Chicago, you have successfully logged on. If it does not, please contact Client Services at 312-369-7001 or clientservices@colum.edu for further assistance.

7. Now-when you go to creativecloud.adobe.com and click on Apps you will be able to see a full suite of Adobe applications you can download by simply clicking Install.
