What is PrinterLogic? 

PrinterLogic is an enterprise printer management solution for server-less remote site printer deployments. 

PrinterLogic allows end-users to self-install print drivers and will automatically configure your devices to be able to print to the printers showed on this website, throughout the campus. 

 

This documentation will provide you with the steps necessary to check, install, and use the PrinterLogic on your device.  

 

 Chrome is the recommended browser to use for this software.   Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge is NOT supported and will not function properly. 

 

The steps listed below reflect the steps necessary on how to install the PrinterLogic using the recommended browser “Chrome” If you are using a different internet browser such as “Firefox” your user prompts may be different then reflected below. (but is generally the same) 

 

  1. The link to Printer Logic can be found as a quick link on the Information Technology intranet site

  1. Or the link is https://colum.printercloud.com/
  1. Navigate to your building and floor.  Find the printer you want to install:

  

 

Note: If you are prompted to enter an authorization code, enter: 9bh1d82g (all letters are lower case)  Click on “OK” when finished. Once you enter this code, you will not have to enter it again.

 
  1. Hover over the printer you want to install and select the Install Printer button a printer.  If you want it to be your default, select the box and click the yes button.

 

  1. Printer will install and then you will get notice it is completed.
