Add members to a team

  1. Go to the team name and select More options More options button > Add member Add Members icon.

  2. Start by typing a name, distribution list, security group, or a Microsoft 365 group. You can also add people outside your org as guestsby typing in their email addresses.

  3. When you're done adding members, select Add. You can make someone a team owner by selecting the down arrow next to Member. A team can have multiple owners.

As a team owner, tap Teams Teams button and go to the team name. Tap More options Manage members. Choose Add members The Add button​​​​​​​ and type the person's name.
