Move to Archive rules
Meeting Archive Rule : Meeting Integration (Mostly Migrated Zoom Meetings from 2020) moved to Archive after Last Viewed Date is at least 2 years old.
Remote Recorders Rule : Remote Recorders, two hardware recorders moved to Archive after Last Viewed Date is at least 2 years old.
Sever Year Archive Rule : All User and Course Recording moved to archive if the Last Viewed Date is at least 7 years old.
Delete from Archive rules
Delete from Archive: All content permanently deleted 2 years after Archive Date.

How can I keep a video from going to archive in Panopto?
Watch it. As long as someone has watched a video it will stay out of the Archive. Most user uploaded videos will move to archive after sever years if they aren't watched. Meeting videos like Zoom, Teams and Remote Recorders will move to archive after two years.
How long does a video stay in Archive?
Two years
How can I recover a video from the Archive?
Search your folders or Everything make sure to select Include archived videos in the Search results. This will find archived videos. If you know the videos name search for that. If not Searching your name may help if you are the video creator.
