Below are the instructions to access Global Protect from your computer. We have also created instructions if you need to install Global Protect on your PC.
Click on the upper arrow to display your hidden icons.
Click on Global Protect icon.
Click connect.
Enter your MyColumbiaID username and Office 365 Password. Click Sign In.
If you are using a key fob, use your Office 365 Password and the 6-digit passcode. (password, 123456) Please be sure to add a common after the password.
You are now successfully connected to the VPN. When you are finished using the vpn make sure to disconnect.
Please note: After 12 hours of inactivity the interim vpn will disconnect.
