- Presence settings : Lets you set your availability and location. Availability is automatic based on your calendar and use if you set an availability manually it will override the calendar. You can also override then reset at a future time. Location is useful to indicate if you are on campus or remote each day.

If a singer is designated in a meeting then moved to a breakout room are they still a singer when they return?

Tested and Yes When you add singers to Manage Singers they remain signers in break out rooms and when they return. It might be best to assign the signers to breakout rooms individually to make sure one goes to each rooms.
Can I delete or hide a message from Team Chat?
after some research only the user that posted the message can delete it.
Can I easily do private messages in a teams Chat?

If there is no outlook plugin can I still schedule meetings in outlook?
The teams calendar section makes meetings that add and invite people using a standard calenday email invite. YOu can also make teams meetings right in outlook no plugin is needed
Is there a way to set up a "class" profile for when we use this for teaching with all the security settings?
There is are some templates from Class, Professional Learning Community, Staff and Other. If you start with on of the templates and make changes to an empty team you can use the From another team to copy those setting to the the new team. So kind of
Can you show the Live Powerpoint and Excel settings?
The Private View Button Stops the attendees from being able to click through the slides. Notice the presenter can also see the presenation view in teams
