Acceptance of this equipment acknowledges receiving the listed equipment in good condition and accepts full liability for damage or loss including concealed or unreported damage discovered after return.
- You will be charged for the cost of repair or replacement if the token is damaged.
- You are liable for the replacement cost of lost resources even if lost on Columbia property or if stolen from you.
- You must return borrowed resources to IT Client Services within 90 days of separation from the college.
- You will receive an email with details on when equipment must be returned. It is your responsibility to return the equipment to the college.
