Request Access to MyC (PeopleSoft HCM)

Most employees will not use this service.

This service allows you to request access to content within the MyC Employee Portal.

You automatically received access to the portal when you were hired. If your role at the college includes additional access, that will also be automatically added when you are assigned that role. If there are areas in the portal that you need access to that is not included based on your role, please use this service request.

For example, all managers receive access to the "Manager Self Service" area within the portal. If you require additional access, you will need to request this service.

This service includes a process to request approval from the Human Resources for your request. You do not need to reach out separately to Human Resources.
