This service request form is intended to provide a means for requesting audio/visual support for hybrid classes occurring in Columbia College campus spaces. These requests should be submitted no less than 2 business days prior to the start of your requested support time and requests will be filled as resources are available. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the time of your request to allow for proper setup. The support will involve the setup of the recording and/or streaming service, however the support technician will not remain in the room due to social distancing guidelines.
