Most employees will not use this service.
Use this service to inform IT of an issue you are having with the Student Information System (CX). This includes issues with the CX Client. o not use this service if you are having issues with the MyColumbia Student Portal or if you need to request access to an area that falls outside of your current access level.
Some examples of issues that are reported using this service are:
- Unable to login to the CX client.
- I cannot connect to the system / connection errors.
- Data that I expect to see if either missing or wrong.
- A recent update to the system is causing issues with my normal process.
