Use this service to inform IT of an issue you are having with the MyColumbia Student Portal (JICS). Do not use this service if you are having issues with the Student Information System (CX) or if you need to request access to an area that falls outside of your current access level.
Some examples of issues that are reported using this service are:
- I cannot connect to the portal.
- A function in the portal is not working properly.
- I cannot access content that I should have access to based on my role with the college.
- There is information in the portal that is not accurate.
