Use this service to inform IT of an issue you are having with the MyC (PeopleSoft HCM). Do not use this service if you need to request access to an area that falls outside of your current access level.
Some examples of issues that are reported using this service are:
- I cannot login to the portal.
- A function in the portal is not working properly.
- I cannot access content that I should have access to based on my role with the college.
- There is information in the portal that is not accurate.
